The (not so small) Small Print
Children:
Well behaved children of all ages welcome, babies and toddlers too, we can help with travel cot and high chair requirements.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
Cancellation:
In the event of accommodation being cancelled, in full or in part, a charge, in accordance with legal guidelines, shall be made if the accommodation cannot be re-let. If the booking has been guaranteed by a deposit, the deposit charge will not be refunded, if not, the account will be forwarded to you and a 7 day settlement term will apply. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance. to cover loss, injury or cancellation of stay.
Deposit and Booking Confirmation:
All advance bookings should be confirmed in writing outlining dates and accommodation required together with a £10 per person deposit. Please DO NOT e-mail credit card details. This deposit is
NON REFUNDABLE and in the event of a cancellation will help cover administration costs. You are once again strongly recommended to take out Cancellation Insurance.
Provisional bookings will
be held for one week only, until receipt of a non-refundable deposit
confirms the booking.
Smoking Policy:
We welcome Smokers. But, we respectfully request that they refrain from smoking within the premises, Smoking is permitted in the Garden
Occupancy of Rooms:
Rooms are normally available for occupation from 12noon on day of arrival and it is requested that room are vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Payment of Accounts:
All accounts MUST be settled in full PRIOR to your departure unless alternative arrangements have been made. We are happy to accept Cash, Cheques (up to the limit of an accompanying cheque guarantee card).
A Confirmed booking signifies an acceptance of these booking conditions
